not a land speed record…

so it took me 45 minutes to get from my apartment to the mall, go to VS, go to wegman’s and get home. that’s a total of 16 miles.  only 21.333333333 miles per hour.  in my defense, i did have obstacles. the first were the people on the highway who wouldn’t go over 80.  wienerbabies!  i like a little understeer on my shopping excursions!  the second was the lashawnda at the counter of VS who “don’t be ‘bout to pay that price” even though all of the prices were clearly marked on the 18 bras she had.  i knew her name was lashawnda because it was proudly displayed in both of her earrings and on her necklace.  traffic was starting to get heavy, wegman’s was a zoo and the items i needed were at opposite ends of the store.  a total of 7.5 red lights and a couple handfuls of stop signs later, i arrived to find that the cats decided to tear the entire place apart while i was gone.
